Redeem a voucher

A voucher applies to a specific product, such as a plan or a job listing, and is redeemed during payment.

1. When choosing a plan or paying for a job listing, enter the code in the Voucher code (optional) field and choose Check.
2. If the code is valid, a confirmation appears and the voucher is applied at checkout. Otherwise the message names the reason, for example expired, already redeemed or meant for another product.
3. Percentage voucher: for a plan the discount applies for the whole term of this subscription, for a job listing once for this payment.
4. Fixed-amount voucher in a plan subscription: the amount is a net credit for this subscription and is offset against the invoices until used up. Example: EUR 100 on a plan at EUR 35 per month. The first two invoices are EUR 0, the third EUR 5, then EUR 35.
5. If the payment process is cancelled, you have a second attempt. After the first cancellation DASon points this out. After the second cancellation the voucher is used up; please contact us through the contact page.

A voucher only applies to the product it was issued for and may be bound to a company or a user.
