Choose, switch or cancel a plan

Your plan determines your company's allowances and features. Only company administrators see plan selection and subscription management.

1. In the Company menu, open Plan & usage and choose View plans. There you choose between monthly and yearly payment.
2. Without a subscription, choose Choose this plan. The test plan starts with Start for free. For a paid plan you enter payment method, company name, billing address and VAT ID securely at Stripe.
3. With a subscription, choose Switch to this plan. A switch to a higher plan takes effect immediately. The price for the rest of the current period is calculated pro rata and charged right away.
4. A switch to a cheaper plan takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Until then your current plan stays active. Under Plan & usage you see the planned switch and withdraw it with Cancel switch.
5. To cancel, choose Cancel at period end under Plan & usage in the Manage subscription section and confirm. Everything stays usable until the end of the period.
6. Until the end of the period you can withdraw the cancellation with Revoke cancellation.

All prices are net plus VAT. A planned switch and a cancellation exclude each other. If your company has a flat-rate account, the administrator assigns the plan; it cannot be chosen or switched here.
