Usage and allowances

Under Plan & usage you see how much of your allowance is used in the current billing period.

1. In the Company menu, open Plan & usage and go to the Usage section.
2. Shown are certificates in the billing period, hash verification archive, file archive, administrators, directory entries and job listings. For allowances with a limit, a bar shows the usage.
3. From 80% a warning appears. At 100% the display reports that the allowance is used up.
4. Certificates: every issued certificate counts once, whether generated or uploaded. Beyond the included amount every further certificate is charged: EUR 0.20 net in Starter and Professional, EUR 0.15 net in Business. The test plan allows no overuse.
5. Hash verification archive and file archive only warn and never block: when capacity is used up, certificates are still created and archived. Then book a block or switch plan.
6. Administrators counts the active company administrators including the founder. You book further administrators as an add-on.

The certificate allowance restarts with every billing period. The archives, in contrast, count the whole stock.
