Invoices and payment method

You manage invoices and payment method in the Stripe customer portal. Access is limited to company administrators.

1. In the Company menu, open Plan & usage.
2. In the Invoices and payment method section choose Manage invoices & payment method. The customer portal opens.
3. There you see your invoices and manage your payment method.
4. If your subscription shows Payment due, settle the open invoice. Otherwise features are paused after a grace period; your data is kept.

The customer portal is available after the first booking. Only company data is sent there, no data of your employees.
