Accept contracts (DPA, SLA, TOM)
The data processing agreement (DPA), the service level agreement (SLA) and the technical and organisational measures (TOM) are accepted together.
- In the Company menu, open Contracts.
- Choose View and accept contracts.
- Read the texts to the end. Only then can you confirm the acceptance.
- Confirm that you are authorised to accept the contracts for the company, and accept them.
- Afterwards you can view the accepted version at any time.
Without an accepted DPA, creating persons, issuing certificates and bulk dates are blocked.
