Company API and API key

The company API connects your own software or an AI assistant with DASon: read, create or verify trainings, dates, people and certificates.

1. In the Company menu, open API. Company administrators see this page.
2. Under Scope of the new key choose what the key may do: Read, Write and Verify. Read is preselected.
3. Choose Generate key and confirm. Copy the key with Copy and store it safely. It is shown in full only this one time.
4. The API reference card lists base URL, authentication via bearer token, all endpoints, error codes and limits. Open openapi.json gives you the machine-readable description, Guide for your AI (Markdown) a file for your AI assistant.
5. Under Log you see the last 50 calls with time, method, path and status.
6. Regenerate replaces the key, Revoke disables it. In both cases the previous key stops working immediately.

Each company has one active key, valid only for that company. The company API is an add-on that you book under Plan & usage. The DPA must be accepted first. The log stores no content and no IP addresses and is deleted after 180 days.
